Bartender, bartender, pour me a drink.
Keep my glass full 'til I'm too drunk to think.
I'll give you a dollar for your last cigarette.
This is one night that I'd like to forget.
Well sometimes you win, but usually you lose.
Sometimes you tie but you still wind up screwed.
Sometimes you have, but usually have not.
But now, while you're at it, I think I'll have one more shot.
There's been some good times, there's been bad times, too.
Then there's the times that I spent here with you.
Slowly forgetting what time is at all.
Until you inform me, it's time for last call.
Apart from the fact that 'Reach for the Stars' is a perfect example of everything I love about computer music, the whole album is just an absolute belter of a piece of work. The soaring pitch-bent melodies and arpeggios, the basslines that make me want to dig out Thunderforce IV and the fact that (I don't say this lightly) some of the arrangements and progressions remind me heavily of Tim Follin. An utterly exceptional piece of work. Pure gold. Remote_

I'm a bit late picking up on these guys. Been discovering music retroactively on Data Garden through Spaceship Aloha. That said, I really was delighted to find this album. Instant buy. Can't pick a favorite track, but I will say Hot Plate all the way through Stomper feels like the strongest opening trio of songs that I've heard in awhile on any album. It doesn't hurt that it makes me feel like Mega Man exploring perilous worlds. Dev Bhat
